  Room type booked was not available upon check in. Asked to be moved the next day to our booked room and it tooks 3 phone calls before it happened. Cable in rooms didn't work. Stayed for 3 days - no cleaning services or trash removal. $100 amenities charge held on my card without telling me which doesn't make sense because there aren't any amenities. Towels at pool side are small bathroom towels. Rooms are spacious, but needing remodeling. We have stayed at many different places in Palm Springs and it's surrounding areas and I wouldn't book this property again. Front desk staff was nice.
