  This is the first negative review I have ever written, adversely I do believe in rewarding merchants for exceptional service. Palm Springs cleaners is by far the most unprofessional merchant I have ever encountered regarding damaged clothing. I have been pleased with their laundering of my shirts however recently as I was dressing I noticed my dress shirt sleeve had three two inch tears. Also one of the cuts had been mended with iron-on tape, their mending the shirt without informing me when I picked up the shirts was more disturbing than the damage, as accents do happen. However after returning the shirt for an explanation the owner informed me that she in fact had done the mending herself. She also informed me that I brought the shirt to them in that condition and that it was" IMPOSSIBLE FOR THAT TO HAPPEN UNDER THEIR CARE"!!!!! I assured her that was not the case to no avail, she refused any compensation for the damage as again.... "I brought the shirt in that condition"! Unbelievable response from someone your trusting with your dry cleaning! I would caution anyone not to trust Palm Springs Cleaners if they value there clothing.
