  Great place all around, the steakhouse dinner was excellent and service was just as great. We got there right before closing and they greeted us without hesitation. The table next to us complained that their food wasn’t good so they didn’t have to pay using end of night food as an excuse. The staff handled it very well making sure they were taken care of but to be quite honest I would have told thise people to take their crappy attitude elsewhere. 5 stars all around to them and we will definitely bring our money back here in the future.

  I started going to the spa resort and casino several years ago and it was great place to go they had wonderful Rewards gave meal credits the staff was great. I moved away from the desert area about 2 years ago and just recently moved back to Desert Hot Springs.
  When I went to the spa resort and casino I felt like I was going to a completely different place then what I had experienced before.
  Staff was sarcastic snotty unhelpful rude. I haven't played enough to get any rewards yet but I don't think I'll be spending much money there.
