  T-mobile has crappy reception in CV anyway, but if you gotta use it, it's way better to shop online. (AHEMCOUGHamazon.comCOUGH)
  
  My family and I have had about a half dozen terrible experiences here...long waits, awful employees, insane markups and all sorts of unacceptable garbage. Never had any problem solved here, and have always walked away pissed!
