  Have purchased at least 5 sets of tires over the years. Recently went in to get 4 tires and stood in line for at least 15-20 min. 3 people at counter only answered phones as our line kept getting longer and almost out the door. Everybody in line was grumbling. I left and went down the street to Big O. Spent the same amount of money and they were mounted immediately. The wait times at America's are longer than promised and they never give you your chrome valve caps back unless you point it out when they deliver the car. When you go in for a repair they try to sell you 4 new tires even though there is still 50% tread left. The prices are still one of the best but the service needs help.
