  Jensen's went over and above. I made last minute changes to the delivery date, which they happily met. But the recipient changed her mind and wasn't home. They tried for 2 days, on the third they delivered fresh beautiful flowers. The mix ups were all our fault but they made it right. And after dealing with the major online bait-and-switch florists their hard work is doubly appreciated.
