    The office in Palm Springs were sending bandaged up patients into a completely full waiting room and having to sit on the floor. They have called and gotten an attitude about missing an appointment that I wasn't even scheduled for, then didn't apologize when they realized they called the wrong patient! They make you wait for excessive periods of time-an hour + -in an office that has the most uncomfortable doubke slatted wooden back chairs ever, even though some of us just had our back sliced open by the doctor, while the doctor gets a nice comfy chair to sit in.
    Very unprofessional.
